Located in the Tulsa’s East Village and within walking distance to Tulsa Arts, Blue Dome and Greenwood Districts, Urban 8 is luxury living at its finest. Wallace provided civil engineering services for the eight four-story new single-family buildings featuring two and three-bedroom townhomes with glassed in penthouse living area, private side yard, balcony, two-car oversized garage on the first floor and rooftop terrace for additional outdoor living space. The buildings are all certified energy efficient with each of the townhomes sharing an underground geothermal climate control system. Urban 8 was constructed in downtown Tulsa’s East Village, near the Blue Dome and Greenwood districts.
