Archer Warehouse

Once a blighted warehouse fronting Archer Street between Cincinnati and Detroit in the historic Tulsa Arts District, the Archer Building underwent extensive renovations and is now home to a mixed-use of 35 art studios, 14 apartments for artists participating in the Tulsa Artist Fellowship, and almost a dozen retailers totaling nearly 72,000 square feet.

Rent for retail tenants is below market rate to give small businesses the opportunity to take advantage of the location in the district. Retailers include local businesses including The Goods Bodega, Guitar House of Tulsa, Made, Lone Wolf Banh Mi, Press Cafe x Yoga, Magic City Books, Glacier Confections, Shuffles (A Board Game Cafe) and Duet Jazz Bar & Restaurant.

The Archer Building was renovated with an eye toward improving the walkability of the Tulsa Arts District and was funded by the George Kaiser Family Foundation. The Foundation continues to reactivate local buildings that are underused for the benefit of Tulsans and visitors alike. This project is yet another step in the right direction.
