About:

Charley received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architectural Engineering degrees from Oklahoma State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 41 states and the District of Columbia.

Charley has experience as a project engineer for a variety of building types including medical, educational, military, commercial and retail. His immediate focus is on the development of large-scale projects, multi-faceted medical facilities, multi-story parking structures and primary and secondary schools.

Charley serves as the Vice-Chairman on the Wallace Design Collective Board of Directors and is a member of Oklahoma Structural Engineers Association.
