Wallace Design Collective

One Place, located in downtown Tulsa adjacent to the BOK Center, was the first office tower constructed in over a decade. Opened in 2013, the 18-story tower is the home of Cimarex Energy Company and features shops, restaurants and other retail space. The adjacent One Place Denver Building is a six-story office building and was built concurrently with the One Place tower. The entire block was master planned to include a future hotel and retail center.

Wallace provided civil engineering for the entire complex. These services included site design, streetscaping coordination, ADA compliance, easement origination and vacation, grading and drainage design, and utility design.  Wallace also provided structural engineering for the One Place Denver Building.
