Student Housing Complex
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College

In July 2007, a massive flood struck the community of Miami, Oklahoma, submerging an estimated 50 percent of the town. In addition to creating widespread damage to the community, the flood waters inundated the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, damaging many of their buildings and destroying an existing dormitory.

The NEO Student Housing Complex is the first new housing for the school in over 60 years, replacing the former dormitory. The complex includes 15 two-bedroom suites and 12 four-bedroom suites, as well as a two-bedroom suite for the residence director. Additional amenities include a two-story open atrium with study and social spaces, a fireplace, vending and Internet café, onsite laundry, community kitchen and outdoor recreation spaces.
