Wallace has provided structural engineering services for new prototypical site adapt structures as well as conversion, remodel and expansion of existing structures in 10 states. Current new store proto is 20,000 square feet and expansions range from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. In addition to construction document production of these projects, we have assisted with preliminary site visits to produce existing structural as-builts and performed structural condition assessments. We have also provided construction administration services including site visits during construction.
