We have worked with colleges and universities, large and small, creating places that foster socialization and create a comfortable dwelling for students away from home for the first time. More than just a place to sleep, today’s residential halls include spaces for gathering and interaction – places to dine together, group study areas and common areas to unwind. These elements are necessary for students to succeed Wallace Design Collective has provided structural and/or civil engineering services for multiple student housing projects that are unique to each campus. We believe that a strong living-learning community produces an enhanced educational environment.
