Inverness Village is an 80-acre continuing care retirement community development located in Tulsa, and is home to 250 independent living units, 100 garden apartments, 60 skilled nursing units and 30 assisted living units.  Wallace Engineering provided civil engineering for the project, including site grading and drainage, site utilities and roadway design. Wallace evaluated drainage and on-site detention requirements for present and future development of the total 190-acre site.
