This $75 million mixed-use center is home to 325,000 square foot of retail space and restaurants, a 16-auditorium multiplex, residential units, hospitality facilities and a four-level, 1,900 parking garage.  The site has near-source factors for seismic loads.  It is within 3 kilometers of the Hayward Fault and 20 kilometers of the San Andreas Fault. In addition, the majority of the site is covered by a 35 foot thick layer of San Francisco Bay mud.
