This 68,500 square foot addition includes a two-story, state-of-the-art brewhouse and a skylit kegging/bottling facility. The third floor houses Boulevard’s offices and has two large hospitality rooms overlooking downtown Kansas City.  A glass skywalk links both the pedestrian circulation and beer piping between the old and new brewhouses.  Wallace provided structural design services for this $20 million expansion that increased brewing production capacity by an estimated 700,000 barrels per year.  Cheers!
