MONDHER LABBANE
Mondher received his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma. His experience encompasses a wide range of structures for industrial, commercial, educational, medical and parking facilities.

Mondher has extensive design experience with reinforced and post-tensioned concrete and is proficient with computer-based structural analysis techniques.
