You Might Not Know:

In 2001, Scott lived in Malawi, Africa, working for a year with Church of Central Africa Presbyterian where his engineering experience included determining dead load for thatch roofing and constructing a gravity-fed water system.

About:

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. He is licensed as a professional engineer in Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.

Scott has experience in design and contract documents for site development projects, which include grading plans, utilities, sanitary sewers, detention/drainage, roads and parking lots. He also has experience in bridge inspections and repair.
